Pet Shop Boys - Always On My Mind
I finally got around to listening to Destroyer’s album Kaputt tonight, far too late to maintain any credibility as a music blogger, but, whatever. I did like it, but I spent most of the album thinking he sounded like the Pet Shop Boys. Once done, I quickly went to scratch that itch.
I’ve moved temporarily to France, which is good news, but not for this blog. I’ll still post now and then though. Maybe even some French songs. Like this one, but better.
Robyn - Call Your Girlfriend … sorta
I can’t get this song out of my head, and it’s all Taran Killam’s fault.
I won’t be writing exams anytime soon, but for those who will, Instrumentals might make studying a little more fun (is fun the word?). And he’s offering it free here. What a guy.
Of Monsters and Men - Little Talks
Really enjoyable album
Something new from The xx
I’m hesitant to describe this as good background music, because that’s pretty hard to get someone excited about. This is better than just background music. But, I’d really like to lie down on the couch, turn this album on, and read my book.
